【提要】 结构专业新规范自2000年陆续开始执行,在剪力墙结构的设计方面增加了许多新的规定,给设计人带来许多新的课题。针对高层剪力墙结构设计中部分常遇问题提出了解决方法:剪力墙结构墙体厚度按稳定及抗压强度确定的方法;对剪力墙结构连梁超筋、超限的情况进行了分析,并提出了解决的方法;剪力墙结构施工图绘图时,边缘构件纵筋、箍筋及拉筋的表示方法。针对上述问题提出了设计方法、给出了计算公式及选用表格,便于使用者查找、选用。

Resolving Methods for Problems Occurred in the Design of High\|rise Shear wall Structure/ Zhang Qiao, Ke Changhua,Zhang Guoqing(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design,Beijing 100045,China)
Abstract:Since the new structural code was carried out in 2000 and the new regulations were added on the design of shear\|wall structure, and then the new subject have been presented to the designer. The ways to resolve some of problems which are often occurred in the design of highrise shearwall structure, are introduced,including: how to decide the wall thickness of shear wall structure, according to the stability and compressive strength;how to analysis and design the connecting beams which are overreinforced and overlimitation in the shear wall structure;how to identify the longitudinal bars, stirrups and tie bars in the edge element when drawing the working drawings of the shear wall. For three problems mentioned above, the design method, calculation formulas and tables are shown, which are convenience for the engineer to look up and to select.
