【提要】 在各种结构体系中,小砌块建筑的绿色度最好,但由于各种原因,其建筑的应用不多。总结了小砌块建筑设计中的模数协调,排块设计,芯柱及节点加强,圈梁与水平构件的设计,控制缝的设置,墙体防裂抗渗,设备与电气设计等技术措施。以实际工程为例,介绍了采暖地区新节能标准小砌块建筑的设计与施工技术,可以供工程设计参考。

Design and Construction of Multistoried Small Size Hollow Block Masonry Building/Zhong Jishou,Lou Ni(China Architecture Design & Research Group,Beijing 100044,China)
Abstract:The green degreed of small size hollow block masonry building is the best in all structural systems,but the application of the structural system is few because of some reasons.Some problems in small size hollow block masonry building such as the modulus harmonizing,block arrangement design,core columns and strengthening joints,design of enclose beams and horizontal members,arrangement of controlling drip,anticrack and antiseepage measures,equipment and electric design,are concluded.Based on an engineering,the design and construction of a small size hollow block masonry building with new energy efficiency used in heating area is introduced,and the engineering can be referred in similar design.
