【提要】富凯大厦是一座综合性的高档写字楼。根据工程场地条件，设计采用了平板式筏形基础。上部抗侧力结构为框架核心筒体系。为满足净高要求，工程楼盖结构采用了井字梁体系。中庭连接两侧塔楼，受力复杂，采用了框架剪力墙结构体系，并采取了相应的加强措施。结构计算分析表明，变形与承载力均满足要求。

Main Structural Design of Fukai Mansion/Shao Jun,Zhang Ruilong(China Architecture Design & Research Group,Beijing 100044,China)
Abstract:Fukai mansion is a top grade lettering building.The flat raft foundation is adopted in design according to the ground condition.The frame coretube system is used in the upper structure.The bidirection beam and floor system is applied to meet the neat layer height requirement.The atrium connects two towers at both sides,and the bearing character is complex.So the frameshear wall structural system is used,and some strengthening methods are applied.The structural analysis results show that the deformation and bearing capacity meet the requirement.
