【提要】唐山新华大厦结构平面和竖向布置均较复杂。根据工程场地条件,采用筏板基础,上部结构采用框架剪力墙抗侧体系。通过设置后浇带、加大构件截面等措施,解决了4层通高大堂给结构设计带来的困难。结构顶部的空中走廊长度大,设计中采用了钢桁架。计算分析表明,结构变形合理,满足规范的相关要求。

Abstract:The structural plane and vertical arrangement of Tangshan Xinhua mansion are complex.The raft foundation is adopted according to the ground condition,and the frame shearwall system is used in the upper structure.The propouring drip is set and the member sections are enlarged to solve the problems caused by the fourfloor height hall.The air corridor at the top of the structure is long,and the steel truss is used in design.The structure analysis results show that the deformation is rational and meets the requirement of the code.
