【提要】 北京华润大厦是一个多功能的高层建筑,采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架筒体结构体系。通过调整结构剪力墙的厚度和间距解决了建筑平面偏长的问题,结构的刚度分布和位移反应比较合理。结构竖向内缩,采用斜柱的处理效果良好。后浇带的设置减小了工程的差异沉降。设计经验可供类似工程参考。

Design of Huarun Mansion in Beijing with RC Frametube Structure/Wu Ping(China Architecture Design and Research Group,Beijing 100044,China)
Abstract:Huarun mansion in Beijing is a highrise building with multiple functions.The RC frameshear wall system is adopted in the structure.By adjusting the thickness and space of the shear wall,the problem that the plane is a bit long is solved,and the rigidity distribution and displacement response are reasonable.The structure retracts vertically,so the inclining columns are used.The propouring drips diminish the differential settlement.The design experience can be referred in similar engineering.
