【提要】超高层建筑新时代广场是深圳蛇口的标志性建筑。根据工程地质条件,采用挖孔桩加筏板基础,工程抗侧力体系为框架筒体结构。综合考虑各种因素,上部结构采用了宽扁梁和厚楼板技术。通过设置后浇带解决结构超长问题。结构计算分析结果表明,变形和承载力均满足要求。总结了结构设计中采取的主要技术措施,可供类似工程参考。

Abstract:The super highrise New Times plaza structure is the symbol building in Shekou, Shenzhen.The excavation pile and raft foundation system is adopted according to the ground conditions.The frametube system is applied in structural design.The wide flat beams are used in the upper structure.The propouring drip is set because of the super length.The structural analysis results show that the deformation and bearing capacity satisfy the requirement of the code.Several technique measures in the design are concluded,which can be referred for similar engineerings.
