体内预应力在大悬挑结构中的应用

[摘要]对某钢筋混凝土多层大悬挑结构进行受力分析和优化设计,结合建筑造型,采用斜拉钢管内设预应力筋吊拉多层钢筋混凝土悬挑梁,一次施加预应力,形成空间整体悬挑桁架,解决了钢筋混凝土大悬挑梁的承载力和变形问题。同时对钢管节点设计、张拉控制应力、预应力损失的控制、张拉过程及监测过程提出了设计建议。

Application of internal prestress on tubes in large-span cantilevered structure

Abstract:The stress analysis and optimum design of a multi-layered cantilevered reinforced concrete structure were introduced. Combined with the practical architectural models, multilayer reinforced concrete cantilevered beams suspended by incline-dragged steel tubes with prestressed steel bar inside, and the spatial integral cantilevered truss stretched to the final forming only once. This technology will help to solve the problems about increasing the bearing capacity and reducing the deformation for large-span reinforced concrete cantilevered beams. Meanwhile, some recommendations are provided about the design of the steel pipe nodes, the control of tension stress, the control of prestress lost, and the tension over the process and monitoring.
