碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土柱根部锚固试验研究

[摘要]以3根碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土柱根部锚固的破坏性试验为基础,分析了在柱截面尺寸及配筋相同的情况下,碳纤维布加固量、锚固长度、柱根部有无CFRP封闭箍这3个变化参数对加固效果的影响。通过对试验结果的分析,推导出碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土柱根部(尤其在柱根部有CFRP封闭箍的情况)锚固的承载力计算公式,在公式中引进了锚固端碳纤维布起鼓应力折减系数,并将理论计算结果与试验结果进行了比较。结果表明,采用的计算方法与试验值误差较小,且偏于安全,可供工程加固设计时参考。

Experimental study on anchorage schemes of reinforced concrete columnsstrengthened with CFRP sheets

Abstract:Based on the destructive test on anchorage schemes of three reinforced concrete columns strengthened with carbon fiber(CFRP) sheets, in the case of the same column section size and reinforcement, the effect of CFRP strengthening quantity, anchorage length and CFRP closed hoop in column root on the reinforcement were analyzed. Through the result, the formula of anchorage bearing capacity for CFRP sheets reinforced concrete column root, especially which have CFRP closed hoop, was derived. Reduction factor of CFRP drum stress on anchor end was considered in the formula, and the theoretical calculation results and the test results were compared. The results show that, the theoretical calculation results and the test results are agreed well, and the theoretical calculation results tend to be safer, so it can be reference for engineering strengthening design.
