复合型钢管节点试验研究

[摘要]以某大型起重机栈桥桁架结构为工程背景,通过实际结构中一个重要的复合型钢管节点的足尺模型和缩尺模型试验,并结合有限元数值模拟分析,对该类复合型钢管节点的受力性能和破坏模式进行了研究。研究结果表明,该类节点的控制部位为受拉斜腹杆与节点板的交接部位,节点的破坏模式为该处因为应力集中和焊接缺陷而导致钢管开裂,随着荷载的增加,裂缝进一步发展,从而使得节点丧失承载能力。实际结构中的该类节点在设计荷载作用下处于安全状态,但其设计安全度宜适当提高。

Experimental study on mixed joints of steel pipe structure

Abstract:Based on the engineering background of a crane tressel truss, full-scale and reduced-scale tests, as well as finite element analysis, for mixed joints of steel pipe, were performed to investigate the carrying performance and failure mode of this kind of joint. The results indicate that the control part of the joint lies in the connection part of the gusset plate and the tensile diagonal web member. The failure mode is that the steel pipe crack because of the stress concentric and the weld defects. The crack developed with the load increasing until the joint failed. The joint in the engineering structure is safe under service load, but its safety degree should be improved.
