东莞香馆悬挑结构设计

[摘要]东莞香馆塔楼为3层楼面四周悬挑12m的盒子结构,角部4个L形剪力墙上设悬挑主桁架作为主受力构件,四周设悬挑次桁架;裙楼为两侧挡土的坡地建筑,挡土墙高度6.6m。介绍其在结构选型、挡土结构方面的特点,采用多种软件对其进行结构分析,并从加强措施、关键节点设计以及施工要求等方面确保结构的安全性。

Design on a cantilever structure of Dongguan Fragrant Pavilion

Abstract:Dongguan Fragrant Pavilion is a box cantilever structure with 12 meters of 3 floors overhung on the inner structure. Main trusses overhung from every L shear wall of the inner structure’s corner as the main level component, with 4 secondary cantilever trusses around the tower. The podium part is a slope building with both sides for 6.6m height soil retaining. The characteristics of structural system and retaining structures were introduced. Several programs were used to analyze the structure. Strengthening measures, design of key node, and construction requirement were attended to ensure the security of the structure.
