[摘要] 依托实际工程,采用缩尺模型,对两类含沉板的楼面板进行了短期单调静力荷载下的破坏性试验。对楼面板破坏形态、变形特点、承载能力及特殊构造处理进行了试验研究。结果表明:含沉板的楼面板整体变形特点与普通双向板基本相同。在沉板肋梁交接部位及肋梁与吊梁交接部位,受力复杂,形成薄弱区域。在本试验条件下,各试件在达到承载能力极限状态之前,裂缝宽度和挠度均达到正常使用极限状态控制的限值。最终破坏后,板底均形成了明显的以“X”形为主的塑性铰线,属于双向弯曲破坏,可按塑性理论计算板的极限承载力。配置了冷轧带肋钢筋的楼面板,开裂荷载大于实际工程中作用在楼板上荷载的标准组合值,使该板在正常使用中处于弹性阶段,满足工程实际的需要。

Experimental study on mechanical behaviors of slab with bathroom concave

Abstract:Based on the engineering practice, two types of reduced scale models with concave slab were tested under short term static load till failure. Experimental studies were taken to learn the failure modes, deformations, supporting capacities and the details of the specimens. The results indicate that the overall deformation of the floors are similar with RC two-way slabs, complex stress regions and weak parts-appear at the conjunctions of the ribbon beams or at the conjunctions of the ribbon beam and the lifting beam. Before reaching the ultimate limit states, deflections and widths of cracks of all the specimens have reached the service limits. Significant ‘X’ plastic hinge lines occurred on the bottom of the slabs, which indicates that the slabs failed in two-way bending, and the ultimate load can be determined by plasticity theory. Compared with the possible characteristic combinations of engineering practice, the cracking loads of the specimens with cold-rolled deformed bars are much higher, which enables the slabs work elastic under service loads.
