[摘要]由于建筑方案需要,大连国际会议中心工程中设计了一批钢管混凝土斜折柱,斜折柱下部竖直,中部开始弯折,且折角较大,其上部为支撑钢平台,斜折柱受力状态复杂。通过试验,对斜折柱的极限承载力、延性、刚度等力学性能进行了研究。研究表明,斜折柱上下柱折角处应力集中现象明显。采用加厚折角处钢板厚度、增加纵肋、折角处采用整板连接等措施可提高斜折柱承载能力,满足工程需要。

Test research on the inclined column of Dalian International Conference Center

Abstract:A number of the concrete filled steel tubular inclined columns are adopted in Dalian International Conference Center. The lower part of the inclined column is upright, the central part is bending, and its angle is large. The upper part supports the steel platform. The indined column is in a complex stress state. The ultimate bearing capacity, ductility, stiffness and other mechanical properties have been studied through the experiment. Studies have shown that stress concentration is obvious under the column angled inclined fold columns. Using plates with more thickness, increasing longitudinal ribs and using entire board at the connections at bending angles and other measures can improve the carrying capacity of the columns and meet the project needs.
