宽翼缘型钢桁架K形节点设计与试验研究

[摘要]大连国际会议中心钢平台采用钢桁架结构,最大悬挑长度达45m,跨度为20~60m。设计中桁架采用K形节点,在对节点的有限元验算分析中发现,部分节点不能满足设计要求,采取了节点补强措施。为验算补强节点的有效性,设计制作了10个宽翼缘K形节点试件,对其进行了低周反复荷载试验,测试了试件的承载力、破坏状态、滞回性能和耗能能力等。通过试验和有限元分析可知,K形节点通过合理设计可达到设计要求。

Experiment study on K joints of wide-flange steel truss

Abstract:The steel truss, which span is 20~60m and the longest cantilever is 45m, is adopted in the platform of Dalian International Convention Center. The K joints are used in the steel truss. Through the-finite element analysis, it is found that, some joints can not meet design requirements, and reinforcement measures are used. To check the effectiveness of reinforcement joint, ten wide-flange steel K joints specimens were made. In the low reversed cyclic loading experiment, the bearing capacity, failure modes, hysteresis and ability of energy consumption were tested. According to the experiment and finite element analysis, K joints can meet design requirements through reasonable design.
