大连国际会议中心屋盖设计

[摘要]大连国际会议中心屋盖采用管桁架空间结构。考虑屋面板布置的不规则性,桁架节点为刚性节点,采光部分用相贯管节点,其余部分尽量采用焊接球节点,个别形状复杂的节点采用铸钢节点或组合节点。由于屋盖支座分布不均匀,造成屋盖周边出现不规则的悬挑,变形很大。为节约钢材和建筑的美观,屋盖周边与幕墙柱相连,采用相容性分析,幕墙柱参与支承屋盖的作用,大大减小屋盖挠度。支座下部采用钢管组合柱支承,支座为球铰节点,限制位移、放松转动,满足设计要求。

Abstract:The pipe truss structure is used in the roof of Dalian International Conference Center. Considering the house panels are arranged irregularly, truss joints are rigid. Intersecting tubular joints are used for the lighting part, and welding ball nodes are used for the rest as far as possible. Cast steel nodes or combination nodes are adopted for several nodes with complex shape. Due to the uneven distribution of roof supports, the irregular cantilever and the large deformation are caused in the-surrounding of the roof. In order to save steel and format the beautiful architecture, compatibility analysis was used between the-roof structure and the peripheral surface frame plate. Curtain wall columns are involved in supporting truss to reduce the-deflection-of the roof greatly. The-combinations of steel pipe column-are used under the support. Ball bearing hinge nodes are used, which can limit the displacement and relax the rotation.
