蛋形消化池环向预应力瞬时损失试验研究

[摘要]结合上海市白龙港污水处理厂污泥处理工程,对有粘结预应力蛋形消化池结构环向预应力束在张拉期的变角损失、锚圈口损失、孔道摩阻损失、锚固回缩损失这4项瞬时预应力损失进行现场试验研究,测试方法及试验数据可为同类工程提供参考;根据试验结论对环向预应力筋张拉后的状态进行分析,结果表明采用上下束环向预应力筋张拉端锚固槽交错布置的方式,可有效弥补预应力损失沿环向分布的不均匀,并验证了结构设计的合理性。

Experimental study on transient prestress loss of circular prestressed tendons in egg-shaped digester

Abstract:The transient prestress loss of circular prestressed tendons in bonding prestress egg-shaped digester includes friction loss at variable-angle mat, friction loss at anchorage loop mouth and curved pipeline, anchorage loss. Combining with the construction of egg-shaped digesters in Shanghai Bailonggang Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant, the transient prestress loss has been studied by the tensioning and anchorage tests, and the test method and data can be reference for similar engineering. According to the experimental results, the stress state of bonded circular prestressed tendons has also been analyzed, and the result shows that alternate arrangements of anchorage notches of the stretching ends of circular bonding tendon can reduce the nonidentity of prestress loss distributing along pipeline.
