[摘要]苏州火车站钢结构屋盖呈“工”字形布置,为大跨度屋盖结构,屋盖采用菱形桁架双向布置。根据站房分期施工方案,对结构通过单元逐步激活技术进行了阶段施工仿真分析。根据屋盖钢结构的安装方案,对结构进行了现场实时卸载模拟分析,分析中同时考虑了施工期间各榀空间桁架的安装温度和合拢温度对结构挠度及杆件应力的影响。挠度实测值与理论计算值符合较好,为钢结构屋盖卸载提供了科学依据。

Construction simulation analysis on large span roof structure of Suzhou Railway Station

Abstract:The steel roof structure of Suzhou Railway Station is H-shaped, the roof is a large span structure and is comprised of spatial rhombic cross-coupling truss. Construction simulation analysis was done on the structure according to the needs of construction stages. Uninstall simulation analysis was done according to the install case on the spot and the temperature influence on the structure deformation and stress was taken into account. The measured value and the theory value agree well and the theory value provides scientific grounds to the uninstall of the roof.
