[摘要]新天翔广场为一栋地下2层、地上24层的高层商住楼,由于存在部分搭接柱转换,塔楼采用主次楼层的结构形式,对部分楼层而言还存在楼板不连续的情况,且部分楼层采用无梁楼盖体系,属超限高层建筑。介绍了工程的特点和结构设计情况,设计时采取了基于性能的抗震设计和比现行规范要求更为严格的抗震措施。经对结构进行多模型的弹性分析和时程分析可知,其工作状态和性能均能达到预期性能目标和规范要求。

Structural design on New Tianxiang Square in SIP

Abstract:New Tianxiang Square is a composite high-rise commercial-residential building with 2 stories under ground and 24 stories above ground. It is a partial lapping column transfer, use main and secondary story structural system and some stories are beamless floors. So it is an ultralimit high-rise building. The characteristics and structural design were introduced. A performance-based seismic design was adopted. The structure was analyzed with multi-model and several softwares. The results show that the work state and performance of the structure can meet the design goals of performance and criterion requirements.
