［摘要］介绍了苏州独墅湖高教区教育发展大厦超限高层的结构设计。针对单斜柱转换结构的刚度退化、混凝土徐变影响以及复杂型钢混凝土梁柱节点的应力分布等进行了分析，介绍了斜柱转换、复杂型钢混凝土梁柱节点等的设计，可为类似结构的设计提供参考。

Abstract:The structural design of overrun high-rise Education Development Building in SIPEDI was stated. The analyses of the stiffness degradation, concrete creep of transfer single slope column and the stress layout of complex SRC beam-column joint were offered. The detail design of slope column transformation and complex SRC beam-column joint were introduced. It can offer the references to the design of the similar structures.
