［摘要］西交利物浦大学行政信息楼为平面及竖向特别不规则的超限复杂高层结构。针对平面楼板严重缺失且存在大面积楼层斜板，东、南、西三个立面开大洞且在内部形成贯通等主要超限特点，通过多模型、多软件的比较分析、弹性时程分析、动力弹塑性时程分析及在三水准下对关键构件进行抗震性能化设计，结果表明，结构具有充分的抗震能力，在罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性反应及破坏机制符合结构抗震概念设计的要求。

Abstract:Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University’s administration & information center is a complex high-rise building beyond the code limits with flat and vertical particular irregularity. The main structure has major features of serious deficiencies in the plane floor, ramp floor of large area and the large openings in the east, south and west facade. Comparison and analysis with multi-model using different analysis programs, elastic time-history analysis, dynamic elasticity and plasticity time-history analysis and the seismic function design of the key members were carried out. The results show that the structure has sufficient seismic capacity, inelastic response and failure mechanism can meet the concept of seismic design requirements under rare earthquake.
