[提要] 基于找形单元划分的薄膜结构实用裁剪方法，可以根据曲面上不同区域的曲率变化来选择裁剪线的布置，通过估算裁剪误差，达到一次将尽可能多的空间曲面展开的目的。通过在两个工程实例中的运用证明，所提出的方法有较好的经济性和实用性。

Abstract: Based on the element division in shape finding period, a practical cutting analysis method is put forward. Using this method, the distribution of cutting line can be decided according to the curvature variation on membrane surface. Also in this method, the spatial curved surface could be developed as much as possible in one time through error contrite economy and practicality of this method is also proved by some real projects.
