中关村金融中心超高层钢结构设计中的关键技术

[提要] 中关村金融中心超高层钢结构建筑的平面、立面布置复杂。在设计中采用钢框架支撑结构体系,合理设置钢混凝土组合结构过渡层。在高层建筑结构设计中首次采用按冶金建筑标准生产的Q345GJ钢材。在避难层采用桁架将竖向支撑连为一体,有效地增大了结构的侧向刚度,减小侧向位移。采用4层高的折线形柱实现建筑立面的变化,相应设置楼层水平桁架以改善折线柱水平分力的传递。采用大位移滑动支座,解决连廊与主楼的变形差异问题。将桩基础改为天然地基基础,方便施工,有效地缩短了工期、降低了造价。

Key Techniques for Design of the Highrise Steel Structure of Zhongguancun Financial Center Tower/Hu Chunyang,Fan Zhong,Chen Fusheng,Shen Lin,Yu Yinquan(China Architecture Design and Research Group,Beijing 100044,China)
Abstract:The plan and facade layout of the highrise steel structure of Zhongguancun financial center tower is very complicated.The steel framebracing structural system is adopted and the steelconcrete composite transition floors are used reasonably.Q345GJ steel with excellent properties is used for the first time in the highrise building.In refuge floors,adjacent bracingframes are connected together for increasing the lateral stiffness of the structure and reducing interstory rotation displacement.The every four levelkinky line outer columns are adopted for the satisfying the demand for architectural faade profile,manufacture and construction easily.Floor horizontal trusses arranged at outer column  bending level for increasing the diaphragm stiffness of the floor slab.Largedisplacement sliding bearings are used to solve the differential displacement between the bridgeway and the tower.Changed pile foundation scheme into raft foundation scheme saved the cost and minimized construction period significantly.
