碳纤维布加固铝合金方管梁受弯试验研究(二)

摘 要

[摘要]扼要叙述碳纤维布加固铝合金方管简支梁受压区应变变化规律,可知用碳纤维布对铝合金方管梁进行加固,可以提高其极限承载力,抑制梁跨中挠度的发展。同时在本次试验中验证了“拐点”即荷载-跨中挠度曲线由直变曲之际,“零点”即铝合金梁侧即将发生屈曲现象的前兆的观点。

Abstract:The changing law of compression zone strain on the CFRP  aluminum alloy square tube simply supported beam were briefly described. The results of this experiment show that the reinforcement of carbon fiber sheet of aluminum alloy square tube beam, the ultimate bearing capacity can be improved, and the mid-span deflection of beam can be inhibited from expanding. The experiment verifies that the  “inflection point” is load and mid-span deflection curve from linear to curve point and “zero point” is aluminum alloy beam side which will soon occur the precursor of buckling phenomenon.
