空间折板式斜交网格结构施工仿真分析

摘 要

[摘要]空间折板式斜交网格结构由于结构体系及节点构造复杂,施工过程中影响结构受力和变形的因素众多,对整个施工过程进行仿真分析和监测成为保证结构施工安全的重要技术措施。以黄石体育馆钢屋盖工程为例,基于有限元理论的状态变量叠加法,进行了其施工过程的仿真分析,确定了施工过程中屋盖结构的关键杆件与部位,并现场监测了主要杆件的应力和节点的位移。结果表明,施工仿真计算值与实测值吻合较好,验证了施工仿真分析方法的有效性和监测的可靠性。

Construction simulation of spatial folded plate diagrid structure

Abstract:Due to complicated structural system and joint configuration, internal force and deformation of spatial folded plate diagrid structure are influenced by many factors during the construction process, which make the simulation and monitoring become more important technical measures. Taking the Huangshi gymnasium as a project case, simulation on construction stages of the structure was carried out employing the state variable superimposed analysis method based on the finite element theory. The key structural members and locations with the maximum potential failure during the construction process were identified, and the strains of members and displacements of joints were monitored during the construction stages. The results show that the analysis values and monitoring data agree well, which verify the availability of the construction simulation method and reliability of the field monitoring.
