[摘要]重点介绍了如何利用JCCAD软件进行大底盘高层建筑的基础设计。JCCAD软件经过20年的发展,吸纳了国内外近十几年在地基基础工程设计与软件实现方面研究的新成果,可以进行上部结构-基础-桩-土共同作用分析,可以考虑施工后浇带,提供多种桩土计算模型进行分析,可以采用变刚度调平进行优化设计。

Solution plan and key point of design on the foundation of tall buildings with enlarged bases

Abstract: It is introduced how to use the software JCCAD to design the foundation of tall buildings with enlarged bases. After 20 years’ development, JCCAD absorbed the new results of engineering design and software development in soil and foundation at home and abroad during recent ten years and more. It can analyze the upper structure-foundation-pile-soil interaction, and it can take the post-cast strip into account. Moreover, JCCAD can provide many analysis models of piles and soil, as well as do optimization design by using adjusted foundation rigidity theory.
