结构弹塑性分析对我国高层建筑结构设计要求

摘 要

[摘要]结合多个实际高层建筑结构的弹塑性分析结果,初步总结并分析了强烈地震作用下结构弹塑性响应及构件破坏模式的规律与内在原因,得出如下一些结论:1)可以采用楼层屈服强度系数作为初步判断框架核心筒结构抗震薄弱部位的指标;2)在框架-核心筒结构的伸臂桁架中采用防屈曲支撑作为其斜腹杆构件,有利于防止斜腹杆的受压屈曲破坏并保障核心筒与外框架的协同工作,是实现有限刚度加强层与延性破坏机制的一种有效途径;3)对于高宽比较大的剪力墙结构,宜设置构件配筋过渡楼层以避免因结构配筋指标突然变小而造成的抗震薄弱部位;4)强震作用下,核心筒内的电梯门厅楼板实际起到了类似连梁的作用,提高其与墙体连接部位的配筋构造、保证其在往复荷载下的耗能能力有利于结构抗震。

Edifications on the aseismic design of high-rise building from structure elastoplastic analysis

Abstract: This article summarized the discipline of the nonlinear responses and damage modes of structure and investigated the immanent causes based on structural elastoplastic analysis of several real high-rise projects. And some beneficial conclusions for high-rise structural aseismic design were proposed: The story yield strength factor can also be taken as the index of weak story for frame-core wall structure. Buckling restrained brace can be substitute for the common brace as the web member in outriggers of frame-core wall structure to prevent buckling failure due to compression and ensure the co-working between core and frame. It is also one effective way of realizing the limit stiffness strengthening story and the ductile failure mechanism. The reinforcement transition stories should be applied to shear wall structure with high aspect ratio for preventing the seismic weak story caused by reinforcement sudden reduction. The slab of elevator vestibule serves as coupling beam during intensive earthquake, and increasing the reinforcement at the connection region of slab and wall and improving the hysteretic capacity would be good to seismic performance of structure.
