某工程管桩断裂、偏位事故分析及处理

摘 要

[摘要]预应力混凝土管桩因桩身混凝土强度高、桩身质量好、单桩竖向承载力高、造价低、施工快等优点广泛应用于软土地基中。但管桩水平承载力较小,在施工及基坑开挖过程中,如技术措施不到位,很容易发生桩偏位及断裂的事故。结合工程实例分析了管桩偏位、断裂的原因,介绍了桩基补强、加固处理措施,提出了管桩偏位倾斜后的承载力取用标准。

Treatment of deflection and fracture of prestressed concrete pipe piles

Abstract:Because of its obvious advantages, such as high vertical bearing capacity, good quality, low cost and faster construction, prestressed concrete pipe piles have been widely applied in  soft soil ground. While the horizontal bearing capacity is smaller, the deflection and fracture of piles occurs frequently if the measures are not suitable. Based on a practical engineering example, the reason for deflection and fracture of piles was analyzed, the strengthening measures were presented, and finally the vertical bearing capacity of the deflected pile was put forward.
