[摘要]针对连云港体育中心体育场顶篷预应力斜拉钢网格结构工程中拉索张拉力大、数目多、相互影响大、卸载后结构变形大的特点,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对不同张拉方式进行对比分析,包括初始预应力态结构分析、张拉拉索前拆除满堂支架结构分析、满堂支架支撑网壳时虚拟张拉分析及局部拆除支架的虚拟张拉分析,掌握了预应力拉索张拉过程中索力变化和结构变形的规律,最终选取主动张拉桅杆外侧的背索,被动张拉屋面上的前索的施工方案。并对拉索的施工方案做了介绍。

Abstract:The cable of the prestressed cabel-stayed steel grid structure in the roof of Lianyungang Stadium has the characteristics of large tensioning force and amount, great mutual influence and big structure deformation after unloading. Different tensioning methods, including prestressed initial state, demolishing scaffolding state before tensioning, scaffolding state, partially demolishing scaffolding state, were analyzed by ANSYS software. The variation of the cable force and the deformation of the mast during the tension process was obtained. The construction project of dorsal-cable at lateral actively tensioned and anterior cable at roof passively tensioned were selected. The construction process of the prestressed cable was described.Keywords:cable-stayed steel grid structure; prestressed cable; virtual tension; structural analysis
