【提要】 针对马鞍山钢铁公司开发的Q345级耐火钢,进行了三根耐火钢梁在ISO—834规定的标准升温曲线升温作用下耐火极限的试验研究,测得了炉内温度、梁的温度与挠度,并将试验结果与ANSYS有限元软件模拟计算结果进行了对比。结果表明,试验钢梁的承载力极限状态为截面弯矩达到截面塑性弯矩时的状态,梁的整体稳定并未起控制作用。采用上海《建筑钢结构防火技术规程》中的有关公式对试验进行了验算,证明了该规程中的公式同样适用于耐火钢。

Abstract:Three fireresistant steel beams are tested under standard fire curve.The temperature in the furnace and that of the beams and the deflection of the beams are measured.Experimental results are compared with the calculated results using ANSYS.The results show that the bearing limit state of the steel beam is that when the moment of cross section reaches the plastic moment,and the resistance to overturning is not the controling condition.The results are checked with a practical formula given in Shanghai Technical Code on Fire Safety of Steel Structures.
