［摘要］海南来福士酒店退台楼每层前立面平移后退，退台下方一部分为空。这与或者沿房屋纵向左或右逐渐退台、或者四周立面向中间渐缓退台、退台部分下面不空的一般退台建筑不同。此类建筑形式不多见，对结构设计提出了一些新问题，受建筑的限制在转换梁中部分采用钢骨混凝土转换梁，通过进行风荷载、6度常遇地震以及中震作用分析，对结构布置和设计的一些问题进行了探讨。

Design on Hainan Raffles Qingshui Bay Resort with special setback-storey structure

Abstract:Hainan Raffles Qingshui Bay Resort is a constructive project with setback-storey which is different from the general setback-storey buildings. The structure is rarely used, and raised a number of problems for design. The transformed beams including parts of steel reinforced concrete beams are used in this project. The analyses for wind and frequently occurred earthquake and middle earthquake of intensity VI were made for the transformed beams. Some points on the structural layout and constructional measures are pointed out.
