鄂尔多斯国泰商务广场超限高层结构设计与分析

摘 要

[摘要]鄂尔多斯国泰商务广场由6栋高层和3座大底盘裙房组成,其中两栋为地上57层的超限钢-混凝土混合结构,结构高度接近240m。工程采用了底部带斜撑转换的型钢混凝土外框筒-钢筋混凝土核心筒的结构体系,未设置结构加强层。介绍了工程的特点和结构体系的选择,针对结构的超限情况提出相关的抗震措施。采用SATWE和ETABS有限元分析与设计软件进行了小震和中震的弹性计算,采用ABAQUS软件进行了大震动力弹塑性时程分析进行验证。重点介绍了斜撑转换结构的设计思路和计算方法,此外,设计还对转换斜撑节点进行了细致的有限元分析。分析结果显示,工程各项计算指标比较理想,整体设计满足规范要求。

Design of out-of-codes high-rise buildings of Guo Tai Commercial Plaza in Ordos

Abstract:The Guo Tai Commercial Plaza in Ordos is composed of six tower buildings and three podiums, and two of the tower buildings are 240 meters high on the ground with 57 stories. The steel-concrete mixed structure is adopted which is composed of steel reinforced concrete outer tube and reinforced concrete core. There is no strengthening stories and transfer braces set in the lower level of outer tube. The feature and the selection of structural system are introduced. The ultra-limit design instructions are proposed for these out-of-codes high-rise buildings. ETABS and SATWE were used to analyze the structure performance under two different grades of earthquake, and also checked the structure performance under high earthquake grade using ABAQUS. It emphasizes on design idea and calculation method of transfer brace. The joint of transfer brace was analyzed carefully by using finite element method. Analysis results show that the solutions are feasible, and the overall design meets code requirements.
