凤凰国际传媒中心结构设计

摘 要

[摘要]凤凰国际传媒中心工程主体办公楼和演播楼为钢筋混凝土结构,外壳结构采用复杂空间曲面的钢结构体系,将两个混凝土楼连为一体,形成连体结构。工程地上由六大部分组成,但是这六个部分相互之间并非完全独立,形成一个非常复杂的结构体系。由于建筑外形为复杂空间曲面,设计中利用空间三维建模软件DP建立了钢结构精确三维空间几何模型与计算模型,为更好地表现建筑效果,曲面网格主要构件全部为空间弯扭构件。工程采取了一系列的措施用以保证在现有计算机水平和施工水平的条件下达到足够的计算精度、较高的设计效率,以及保证施工的可实施性。在进行构件截面的设计时,为充分利用钢材性能,节省造价,一方面控制应力比不宜过小,另一方面使用国产优质钢材,包括Q345GJD,Q420GJD,Q460GJE。

Structural design on the project of Phoenix International Media Center

Abstract:The office building and the broadcasting building of Phoenix International Media Center are reinforced concrete structures, and connected by a spatial steel shell with a complex curved surface. There are six major parts of the structure, while they are not structurally independent from each other, therefore form a highly complicated system. A powerful 3D modeling software Digital Project was used to build precise 3D geometric models and computation models of this project. To fulfill the best architectural effects, the curved surface was designed with members subjected to spatial flexure-torsion loads. A series of measures were implemented to assure certain computation accuracy, design efficiency and construction feasibility based on the current computer technology and construction conditions. On the member design stage, in order to develop the best performance of the steel members and to save on the cost, the stress ratio has been prevented from an over low level, and selected high quality steel including Q345GJD, Q420GJD, Q460GJE from domestic manufacturers.
