深圳湾体育中心钢结构屋盖设计及研究

摘 要

[摘要]深圳湾体育中心钢结构屋盖为超大跨度空间结构,由单层网壳、双层曲面网架及竖向支撑系统构成。单层网壳为复杂的空间曲面网格结构,采用箱形弯扭构件编织而成的四边形网格构成。竖向支撑系统包括支撑网壳的31根树形柱、支撑网架的V形柱、观景桥立柱和下沉广场西立面幕墙柱。详细介绍了钢结构屋盖的结构体系及特点,给出了结构的基本静力和动力特性,并对温度作用以及结构设计中的一些关键问题进行了深入分析。对在结构设计中起控制作用的结构稳定问题进行了全面分析和研究。通过多点多维分析和大震下的动力弹塑性分析,详细研究了结构的动力特性及抗震性能。最后,对钢结构的节点设计准则及关键节点的设计做了简要介绍。

Design of steel structure for Shenzhen Bay Sports Center

Abstract:As a super-long span spatial structure, the steel roof structure of Shenzhen Bay Sports Center is composed of single-layer latticed shell, double-layer space grid structures and vertical support system. The single-layer latticed shell is a complex spatial surface, which is meshed by quadrilateral grids with crooked-torsional box-section beams. Vertical support system includes 31 dentritic columns, V-shaped columns, columns of bridge and latticed columns of west curtain wall. The structural system of steel roof and its special features are introduced, and basic static and dynamic characteristics are presented. Besides, the temperature action and some key issues for structural design are deeply analyzed. The structural stability which controls the design of the structure is investigated in detail. Through dynamic elastic-plastic analysis for rare earthquake, the dynamic characteristics and seismic performance of the structure are fully understood. Finally, joint design criteria and details of key joints are briefly introduced.
