【提要】 分析了宁波地区常用的各类工程桩产生病桩的原因，归纳了设计人员对各类病桩采取的相应加固措施。总结出常用的预应力混凝土管桩、沉管灌注桩、钻孔灌注桩等病桩通过管内浇注混凝土、接桩、桩底注浆等实用可行的病桩治理方法。使病桩经加固处理后能满足桩原承载能力和完整性要求，达到正常的使用条件，节约建筑工程造价。

Analysis and Treatment of Problem Piling Foundation in Ningbo/

Abstract:The causes of problem pile  are analyzed through the research of  various founda
tion engineering in Ningbo area, and the relevant strengthening measures used by the designers are summarized.Practical solutions such as inpipe concrete pouring,joint pipe pile,pile tip grouting,etc,to solve the problems of the prestressed concrete pipe pile,diving casting castinplace pile,bored pile and other piles, are presented.As the result,the  piles can meet the demand of its originally designed bearing capacity and its normal work condition.The construction cost is accordingly saved.
