[提要] 为了减少基坑开挖引起地铁隧道的位移,采用大面积深层搅拌桩进行加固,但加固施工时也会引起地铁隧道的隆起,需对其进行严格的控制。结合上海东方路下立交工程,对在地铁隧道上方大面积加固深层搅拌桩引起隧道的竖向位移进行了理论分析。考虑深层搅拌桩施工卸荷、隧道等效刚度以及隧道上方部分加固土体对隧道回弹的抑制等因素,推导了基于弹性地基梁理论计算隧道竖向位移的预测方法。在研究的基础上,提出了大面积深层搅拌桩施工对运营地铁隧道位移的控制方法,可以在相似工程中直接应用。

Abstract:
The East Road Underpass project in Shanghai adopts deep mixing piles ground treatment method, for decreasing the lifting displacement of tunnels due to excavation. However,deep mixing piles driving would induce the lifting displacement of tunnels, so how to predict and control the displacement to protect tunnel is very important. Based on numerous data,theoretical analysis is conducted on the displacement of tunnels aroused by largescaledeepmixingpiles driving above the tunnels. At the same time, sheltering effects of rows of deep mixng piles on the tunnel displacement are involved. Practical method which can predict the deformation of tunnel is deduced, considering equivalent stiffness of tunnel and group piles effects. The method can be used in other
similar construction.
