墙体的水化热应力分析与裂缝控制

【提要】  以一个工程为例,利用MASSIVE程序,对冬季施工墙体的温度应力及其影响因素作了数值分析。分析结果表明,粉煤灰含量的改变对
墙体表面应力的作用不明显;入模温度对墙体温度应力影响较大;采用保温效果好的木模板比采用钢模板的墙体表面温度应力小得多,有利于早期裂缝的控制;适当地设置构造钢筋可以有效地防止墙体早期裂缝的出现。

Abstract:The temperature stress distributions of the shall wall are calculated in detail using the finite element program
MASSIVE,based on an actual project. In addition, the inner stress distributions in the shear wall, caused by the change of temperature, are calculated and analyzed. And then several main factors that have effects on hydration heat temperature stress are simulated and analyzed in detail. The result of analysis and calculation could be a reference for the design and construction of the resemble shear wall.
