锚固多层碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁的试验研究

【提要】  为了进一步验证采用波形齿夹具锚锚固碳纤维布可以完全避免碳纤维布端部的剥离破坏,分别对采用粘贴4,6,8,10层碳纤维布加
固的4根钢筋混凝土梁进行了抗弯加载试验。试验结果表明,由于采用了波形齿夹具锚作为碳纤维布的端部锚固措施,尽管粘贴的碳纤维布层数较多,并且碳纤维布的粘贴质量也较差,然而抗弯加固的碳纤维布都没有出现端部的剥离失效问题,并且碳纤维布的强度也得到了较充分的发挥。

Abstract:To further demonstrate the conclusion that the debond failure of carbon fiber sheets (CFS) would be avoided by
anchored the end used Waveshapedgeargrip (WSGG) anchor, four RC beams were strengthened by 4,6,8,10 layers CFS respectively. Though the layer amount of CFS is large and the quality of pasting is poor, the test results still proved that conclusion. Moreover, the test results manifested that the high strength of CFS would be made fully use though anchored CFS by WSGG anchor.
