【提要】 介绍建筑物改造中将楼梯井改造成电梯井的两种方法。若原结构是钢筋混凝土框架(框剪)结构,电梯井一般采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,为增大电梯井的有效面积,框架结构柱可采用异型柱。若原结构是砌体结构,电梯井宜采用钢框架结构,梁柱采用H型钢,利用钢框架层间作固定电梯导轨支架的钢梁及电梯门洞顶的钢梁加强钢框架的整体刚度;原建筑层高较高或总高较高时,钢框架应设支撑。介绍了既有结构与电梯井结构的连接设计。同时介绍一种柱托换方法——复式托架拆柱方法。

Structural Method for Changing Staircase Shaft to Elevator Shaft and Examples/Wang Jun, Xu Qin(Institute of Architecture Design of Heifei University of Technology, Hefei 230009, China)
Abstract:Two methods of changing staircase shaft into elevator shaft in building renovation are introduced. One is the adoption of castinplace reinforced concrete frame(frame shear wall) structure system,of which the reinforced concrete frame structure is usually adopted for elevator shaft. For enlarging the effective area of elevator shaft, the special column could be adopted for frame structure. The other is the adoption of castinplace masonry structure system,of which the elevator shaft should adopt steel frame structure, and the beams and columns of steel frame structure usually adopt H\|type steel. The steel beams, which are used to support the fixed elevator between the layers of steel frame structure and the beams being on the top of the elevator door, can strengthen the overall stiffness. If it is a building of towering height or the layer of the building has relatively great height, strutting pieces should be set in the steel frame structure. The connection design is introduced between the castinplace building and elevator shaft in this thesis, and meanwhile the method of column transfer, i.e. column demolition of compound supporting bracket is introduced.
