【提要】 明年广场为一大底盘、多塔、连体结构,建筑高度180m,且连体两侧结构刚度差异较大,属典型的超限高层建筑。采用SATWE和ETABS有限元分析程序,对该工程进行了详细的弹性及弹塑性的计算分析。根据分析结果,就工程中各项超限指标提出了相应的概念设计原则及处理措施,可供类似工程设计借鉴。

Structural Antiseismic Analysis and Concept Design of Next Year Square Multitower Building/Ren Xu(Huasen Architectural & Engineering Design Consultants Ltd.,Shenzhen 518067,China)
Abstract:The square of Next Year is a super highrise multitower building.The height of it is 180m and two towers of it are connected with a corridor.The elastic and plostic properties of the building are analyzed using the FEA softs of SATWE and ETABS.Based on the analysis results,the principle of design and handling measures are presented for solving the problem of out of the code's range.
