中外钢筋混凝土框架结构抗震设计安全度的比较

【提要】 当前国际上的主要建筑抗震设计规范的设防目标基本可以分为功能设计和安全设计,采用结构的最大层间位移角确定抗震设防目标。
比较各主要规范可以发现,我国的结构抗震变形验算标准偏低,特别是自振周期较短和延性较小的结构,我国规范的构件抗震承载力计算结果偏小,结构的抗震设计安全度水准偏低。修编后的抗震规范对抗震安全度的提高幅度不大。

Abstract:The seismic fortification target of the main design codes in the world can be expressed by function design and
safety design.The maximum interstory displacement is adopted as the seismic fortification target.Based on the comparison of several codes, it shows that the deformation checking calculation standard of the Chinese seismic design code is a little low, especially for the structures with short nature vibration period and small ductility.The comparison of calculation methods of earthquake shear force and example analysis reveals that the bearing capacity calculated by the Chinese code is small, and the seismic design safety degree of structural member is low.The safety degree  increases little in the new code.
