钢管相贯节点焊接缺陷类型及对极限承载力的影响

【提要】  总结了实际工程中相贯线焊缝易出现的焊接缺陷类型及其特点,采用ANSYS程序定量分析结果绘制了背景工程中检测到的焊接缺陷对钢管直接相贯节点极限承载力的影响曲线。根据影响曲线得出如下结论和建议:严格按焊接规程构造的相贯线焊缝不会降低节点的极限承载力,但焊缝是影响节点极限承载力的关键部位之一;各类缺陷均具有一定的容限,对于半径或长度为2mm及其以下的球型、线型缺陷、咬边缺陷,包括1mm及其以下的裂缝缺陷,建议允许其在焊缝中存在,比此更大的缺陷应给予清除,较大的焊瘤缺陷也应给予磨除清理;对焊接缺陷的现行评定标准偏严,应制订和完善专门针对建筑钢结构的评定验收标准,加强对焊缝缺陷检测新方法和新设备的研究。

Research of Welded Defect Types and Influence on Ultimate Strength of Directed Welded Tubular Jionts/Shu Xingping, Ren Senzhi(Steel Structural Institute of Hunan University,Changsha 410082,China)
Abstract:The welded defect types and their characteristics are summarized in the welded lines of directed welded tubular joints in actual project,and with ANSYS program,quantificational analysis and the influence curves of welded defect are presented for the ultimate strength of directed welded tubular joints that have been inspected in project.According to the influence curves, the following conclusion and propose are given: it would not reduce the ultimate strength of the tubular joints according to the looks transversal welded line that the rules of welding are constructed strictly,but the welded line is one of the key position influencing the ultimate strength of the tubular joints;all kinds of defects have certain tolerance, as to radius or length for 2mm and following ball type,line type defect,borderline gap defect,including 1mm and the following crack defect,propose allowing to exist in the welded line,the defect greater than that should be removed,the bigger welded tumour defect should be rubed by clear up.
