北京中关村金融中心塔楼钢结构设计计算分析

【提要】  北京中关村金融中心钢结构主塔楼为国内首座平面和立面均为双曲面的超高层钢结构建筑,建筑面积79 318m2,总高度150m,地下4层,地上35层,采用钢框架-支撑体系,其中层1~4为型钢混凝土结构。曲面上的框架柱随着立面的变化全部采用斜柱。介绍了金融中心钢结构主塔楼分析的结构方案、线性和非线性分析、折线柱的处理、过渡层、梁柱外伸式连接节点等设计中需要解决的相关问题。

Structural Design  and Analysis of Main Tower of Zhongguancun Financial Center of Beijing/Shen Lin,  Hu Chunyang,  Hu Tianbing,  Fan Zhong,  Yu Yinquan(China Architecture Design & Research Group, Beijing 100044, China)
Abstract:The main tower of Zhongguancun financial center in  Beijing is the first hyperboloidal super highrise building in China, of which plane and faade are all curve. The total area of the building is 79 318m2, and the total height is 150m. The building consists of 4 stories underground and 35 stories overground. The structural system is steel braced frame and SRC system is used from floor 1 to floor 4. For the requirement of architectural function, the declining column along the curve must be used to substitute traditional vertical column. The structural design of the building is presented and several related problems such as structural scheme, linear and nonlinear analysis, solution of declining column, transitionfloor, joints which connecting beam to column with cantilever,are discussed.
