刚性桩复合地基应用热点问题探讨

摘要: 以刚性桩作为竖向增强体所形成的复合地基,因其加固效果显著备受工程界青睐,已在高层建筑、市政、高铁等土木工程领域地基处理中得到广泛应用。 根据现有设计计算理论在工程设计中的实践与应用,对刚性桩复合地基应用于工程实践中的承载力提高倍数 ζ 的控制、桩土应力比 n 限值等九个热点问题进行分析与探讨。 经过设计实践和理论推导相互佐证,得出了复合地基承载力提高倍数 ζ 应控制在 2. 5 ~ 3. 0 之间、桩土应力比 n 限值可控制在 45~ 60 之间的初步结论,可供工程技术人员参考。

Discussion on hot issues in the application of rigid pile composite foundation

Abstract:The composite foundation formed by rigid piles as vertical reinforcement is favored by the engineering fieldbecause of its remarkable reinforcement effect, and has been widely used in the ground treatment of high-rise buildings,municipal administration, high-speed railway and other civil engineering fields. According to the practice and application ofexisting design calculation theory in engineering design, nine hot issues such as the control of the bearing capacity increasemultiple ζ and the pile-soil stress ratio n limit value of the rigid pile composite foundation applied in the engineeringpractice were analyzed and discussed. Through the mutual support of design practice and theoretical deduction, thepreliminary conclusions are drawn that bearing capacity increase multiple ζ of composite foundation should be controlledwithin 2. 5 ~ 3. 0, and the pile-soil stress ratio n limit value should be controlled within 45 ~ 60,which can be used as areference for engineers and technicians.
