角部削弱开洞屈曲约束钢板墙受力性能研究

摘要: 为避免四边连接屈曲约束钢板墙在周边非约束区特别是角部首先发生破坏,提出四边连接角部削弱开洞屈曲约束钢板墙。 在钢板墙角部切除一定范围以消除角部应力集中的影响;然后在屈曲约束钢板墙中部沿 45°方向错列开洞,实现钢板墙的塑性应变主要集中于墙体中部且保持较高的受力效率。 利用经过模型试验结果验证的有限元分析方法对四边连接角部削弱开洞屈曲约束钢板墙的受力性能进行了参数分析,考虑了不同墙体尺寸和不同开洞率的影响,确定了合理的开洞间距和尺寸。 分析表明,提出的开洞方案能够有效地减小屈曲约束钢板墙周边连接处的屈服区并降低塑性应变峰值,同时避免对边缘构件产生过大的附加内力,有利于四边连接屈曲约束钢板墙受力性能的充分发挥。

Study on mechanical behavior of holed buckling restrained steel plate shear wall with weakened corners

Abstract: The holed buckling restrained steel plate wall ( HBRW) with four-side connection and weakened corners wasproposed to avoid the early failure in the surrounding unconstrained area, especially in the corner of the buckling restrainedsteel plate shear wall (BRW) with four-side connection. A certain part at the corners of the BRW was cut to eliminate theinfluence of the stress concentration in the corner. Then, staggered holes were opened in the middle part of the BRW alongthe 45° direction to concentrate the plastic strain mainly in the middle part of the wall with high load efficiency. Theparametric analyses for mechanical behavior of HBRW were carried out by using the finite element method which wasvalidated by other model test results, the influence of different wall sizes and different opening rates was considered, andthe reasonable spacing and size of opening holes were determined. The analysis results show that the proposed holed schemecan effectively reduce the yield zone and peak value of plastic strain at the edges of BRW, and avoid excessive additionalinternal force on the boundary members, which is conducive to full play of the mechanical behavior of BRW with four-sideconnection.
