某项目角部超长悬挑楼盖分析与研究

摘要: 中海成都天府新区超高层项目采用 8 根巨柱的巨型框架-核心筒-伸臂桁架结构体系,建筑外立面沿高度锥形收进。 巨柱双向内倾,角部两巨柱最小距离控制不小于 9. 4m,相对应角部结构最大净悬挑 12. 45m。 为保证楼面结构具有足够的冗余度,采用两阶段方法进行设计。 建筑角部与悬挑部位舒适度控制尤为重要,结合幕墙龙骨位置,创新性地采用振动杆技术,通过串连避难层之间 8 层楼面的方式大幅改善楼盖舒适度,在实现超长结构悬挑、营造角部无柱空间、保证绝佳视觉体验的同时也确保了结构的安全性与经济性。

Analysis and research on corner super-long cantilevered floor of a project

Abstract: China Overseas Property Chengdu Tianfu New District super high-rise project adopts a mega frame-corewalloutrigger structural system with 8 giant columns. The building facade is taperly set back along the height. The giantcolumns are inclined inward in two directions, and the minimum distance between the two giant columns at the corner iscontrolled to be no less than 9. 4m, and the maximum net cantilever of the corresponding corner structure is 12. 45m. Inorder to ensure that the floor structure has sufficient safety redundancy, the two-stage design method was adopted. Thecomfort control of the cantilevered part of the corner of the building was particularly important. The vibrating rod technologywas innovatively adopted combined with the position of the curtain wall keels to greatly improve the floor comfort byconnecting 8 office floors between the refuge floors in series. This realized the super-long floor cantilever, created columnfree corners, created an excellent visual experience and realized the safety and economy of the structure.
