摘要: 某 400m 超限高层建筑结构在前期方案阶段,建筑专业给出了不同外立面倾角的多种方案。 为考察不同倾斜角度对结构整体性能及经济性的影响,采用参数化建模技术建立了相应的结构分析模型,并开发了基于多层次模糊综合评判法的结构方案比选程序,从多个备选方案中选出最优方案。 研究结果表明:随着外立面倾角的增加,结构基本周期、最大层间位移角先减小后增大,结构最小剪重比、刚重比先增大后减小。 采用参数化建模技术和多层次模糊综合评判方法,实现了 400m 超限高层建筑结构方案的快速建模、计算分析及方案评价的全过程自动化,极大降低了工作量,提高了工作效率,具有显著的工程应用价值。

Intelligent comparison and selection of structural schemes of a out-of-code high-rise building

Abstract: In the early scheme stage of a 400m out-of-code high-rise building structure, the architecture provides avariety of schemes with different facade inclination angles. In order to investigate the influence of different inclinationangles on the overall performance and economy of the structure, the corresponding structural analysis models wereestablished by parametric modeling technology, and the program of structural scheme comparison and selection based onmulti-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was developed to select the best scheme from multiple alternateschemes. The results show that with the increase of facade inclination, the structural basic period and maximum drift firstdecrease and then increase, while the minimum shear weight ratio and stiffness weight ratio first increase and thendecrease. By using parametric modeling technology and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the wholeprocess automation of rapid modeling, analysis and scheme evaluation of a 400m out-of-code high-rise building structureis realized, which greatly reduces the workload, improves the work efficiency, and has significant engineering applicationvalue.
