浆锚搭接连接装配式联肢剪力墙抗震性能试验研究∗

摘要: 浆锚搭接连接装配式联肢剪力墙的上、下层预制剪力墙通过钢筋浆锚搭接连接,预制剪力墙与叠合连梁通过剪力墙预留凹口现浇混凝土及叠合层混凝土连接成整体。为掌握装配式联肢剪力墙的真实抗震性能,制作了 1个装配式试件和 1 个现浇对比试件,并对其进行了低周反复水平荷载试验。通过对比试件的破坏形态、滞回曲线与骨架曲线、强度与刚度、位移延性及耗能能力等,对装配式试件的抗震性能进行评价。试验及分析结果表明,装配式试件发生与现浇试件相同的墙肢弯剪破坏与连梁剪切破坏,新、老混凝土界面未影响裂缝开展及试件整体性;与现浇试件相比,装配式试件的强度与刚度提高,位移延性有所降低,耗能能力提高;浆锚搭接连接装配式联肢剪力墙抗震性能总体上可达到“等同现浇”,可应用于实际工程。

Experimental study on seismic performance of assembled coupled shear wall with lap joints

Abstract: The upper and lower prefabricated shear walls of assembled coupled shear wall with lap joints are connected bysteel lap joints. The prefabricated shear wall and the superimposed coupling beam are connected into a whole throughcast-in-place concrete of the reserved notch of the shear wall and the superimposed layer concrete. To grasp the real seismicperformance of the assembled coupled shear wall,a prefabricated specimen and a cast-in-place comparative specimen weremade,and low-cycle repeated horizontal load tests were carried out on them. The seismic performance of the prefabricatedspecimens was evaluated by comparing the failure modes,hysteresis curves and skeleton curves,strength and stiffness,displacement ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the specimens. The test and analysis results show that theprefabricated specimens have the same bending shear failure of wall piers and coupling beam shear failures as the cast-in-place specimens,and the interface between the new and old concrete does not affect the development of cracks and theintegrity of the specimens; compared with the prefabricated specimens,the strength and stiffness of the prefabricatedspecimens are improved,the displacement ductility is decreased,and the energy dissipation capacity is improved; theseismic performance of the assembled coupled shear wall with lap joints can reach the seismic performance equivalent tocast-in-place,which can be applied to in actual engineering.
