新型平扭结合滑动支座的设计研究

摘要: 新型平扭结合滑动支座适用于体量较小的钢连廊结构,连廊端部支承于混凝土支座的聚四氟乙烯板上,并设置“一窄两宽”的三个长圆孔。孔套入固定在混凝土支座上的三个销轴中,实现以中间销轴为圆心,两端绕圆心转动的变形模式。对采用新型支座的两个工程案例的连廊支座位移进行分析,结果表明:新型支座可适应罕遇地震作用下的各向变形需求,同时起到防坠落的作用。采用新型支座时,连廊结构与支座间错位产生的摩擦力对主体结构影响相对小,进行主体结构分析时可忽略水平力。连廊与主体结构之间设置变形缝,缝宽可与主体结构变形量相同,当连廊与主体结构产生较大位移后,可采用液压千斤顶对连廊主梁端部进行回顶,使其恢复至初始位置。新型支座通过合理的设计可满足防水、防腐等需求,具有结构高度需求小、构造简单、建造成本低等优势。

Design and research on a new type of flat-torsional sliding bearing

Abstract: The new type of flat-torsional sliding bearing is suitable for small-sized steel corridor structure. Both ends of thecorridor are supported on the polytetrafluoroethene(PTFE) plate of the concrete bearing where three rounded rectangle holesof " one narrow and two wide" are set. These holes are combined with three shafts that are fixed on the concrete bearing torealize the deformation mode in which the middle shaft is the center of the circle and the two ends rotate around the centerof the circle. The displacement of the corridor bearing in two engineering cases using the new supports was analyzed. Theresults show that the new supports can adapt to the demand for deformation in all directions under the action of rareearthquakes,and at the same time play the role of anti-fall. When the new type of support was used,the friction forcegenerated by the dislocation between the corridor structures and the bearing had relatively little influence on the mainstructure,and the horizontal force can be ignored in the analysis of the main structure. Deformation joint was set betweenthe corridor struction and the main struction,and the width of the joint can be the same as the deformation amount of themain structure. When there is a large displacement between the corridor and the main structure,the hydraulic jack can beused to return the end of the main beam of the corridor to the original position. The new bearing can meet the requirementsof waterproof and anti-corrosion through reasonable design,and has the advantages of low command of structure height,simple structure and low costs of construction.
