超大吨位屈曲约束支撑在超限高层伸臂桁架中的应用研究

摘要: 屈曲约束支撑(BRB)在地震作用下可以率先吸收能量,提前进入屈服,在结构刚度不变的情况下,成为高耗能的结构构件。 以一个超限高层项目为例,介绍了超大吨位 BRB 在伸臂桁架中的应用。 开展了单根屈曲约束支撑 1 ∶2缩尺模型的拟静力试验,并通过 ABAQUS 进行动力弹塑性分析。 分析结果表明:BRB 滞回曲线饱满、稳定和刚度增量为正,在罕遇地震作用下,其最大内力及变形均满足设计要求;同时与之相邻的竖向混凝土关键构件,在 1. 5 倍控制荷载作用下,很少量混凝土发生损伤;与之相邻的钢结构构件,在 1. 35 倍控制荷载作用下,仅部分框架梁腹板达到了屈服,而其他钢结构构件及节点均未屈服。

Application of buckling restrained brace with super large tonnage in over-code high-rise structure with cantilever truss

Abstract: Buckling restrained brace (BRB) can absorb energy first and yield ahead in advance under earthquake action,and become a structural member with high energy consumption when the structural stiffness remains unchanged. Taking anout of over-code high-rise project as an example, the application of super large tonnage BRB in cantilever truss wasintroduced. The pseudo static test of a 1 ∶ 2 scale model of a single buckling restrained brace was carried out, and thedynamic elastoplastic analysis was carried out by ABAQUS. The analysis results show that the BRB hysteretic curve is fulland stable, the stiffness increment are positive, and the maximum internal force and deformation meet the designrequirements under the action of rare earthquakes. At same time, the adjacent key vertical concrete members, under theaction of 1. 5 times of the control load, a small amount of concrete is damaged. The adjacent steel structure members,under 1. 35 times of the control load, only part of the frame beam webs reached the yield, while other steel structuremembers and joints did not yield.
