某连体住宅结构设计关键问题探讨

摘要: 某项目中两栋高层住宅通过型钢桁架连接组成连体结构,下部主体采用剪力墙结构,型钢桁架与两端主楼采用刚性连接。 考虑竖向地震作用,对整体结构进行了抗震性能分析,结果表明,整体结构和构件性能均能满足预设的性能目标要求。 分析了连体结构混凝土楼板在大震作用下的工作性能和连体结构在中震和大震作用下的受力性能,同时对型钢桁架两端与主楼连接的连接节点进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明,钢桁架在中震和大震作用下均处于弹性状态,连体结构楼板在大震作用下的受力满足要求。 考虑到连体结构跨度较大,对其进行了人致激励下的加速度响应分析,并采用拆除构件法对连体结构进行了抗连续倒塌分析,结果表明,连体结构舒适度可以满足要求,且连接结构能够满足抗连续倒塌要求。

Discussion on key issues in structural design of a conjoined residence

Abstract: In a project, two high-rise residential buildings are connected by section steel truss to form a conjoinedstructure. The lower main body adopts the shear wall structure, and the section steel truss is rigidly connected to the mainbuildings at both ends. Considering the vertical earthquake action, the seismic performance analysis of the whole structurewas carried out. The results show that the performance of the whole structure and components can meet the presetperformance target requirements. The working performance of the conjoined structure concrete floor under the action of therare earthquake and the mechanical performance of the conjoined structure under the action of the fortification earthquakeand the rare earthquake were analyzed. At the same time, the finite element analysis was carried out on the connectionnodes between the two ends of the section steel truss and the main building. The results show that the steel truss is in anelastic state under the action of the fortification earthquake and the rare earthquake, and the stress of the floor slab of theconjoined structure under the action of the rare earthquakes meets the requirements. Considering the large span of theconjoined structure, the acceleration response analysis under human-induced excitation was carried out, and the antiprogressive collapse resistance analysis of the conjoined structure was carried out by using the member removal method. Theresults show that the comfort of the conjoined structure can meet the requirements, and the conjoined structure can meet therequirements of anti-progressive collapse resistance.
