某超高层结构超高通高墙的设计与分析研究

摘要: 为研究构件 P-δ 效应对超高通高构件的影响,以重庆某超高层项目为例,对超高通高墙的承载力和稳定性进行了全面的分析研究,并对通高墙提出了相应的构造措施。分析结果表明,对超高通高墙,P-δ 效应会显著放大构件内力,因此,除按普通竖向构件验算其承载力以外,还应考虑 P-δ 效应对通高构件内力的增大作用。采用特征值屈曲分析、规范规定的方法和几何非线性屈曲分析等不同的方法计算通高墙的稳定性,分析结果表明,本项目中通高墙稳定承载力满足设计要求,通高墙稳定性有较大富余。

Design and analysis study on super-high cross-layer walls in a super high-rise building

Abstract: In order to study the influence of P-δ effect on super-high cross-layer component,taking a super high-risebuilding in Chongqing as an example,a comprehensive analysis on the bearing capacity and stability of super-highcross-layer walls were made,corresponding structural measures of cross-layer walls were put. The results show that forsuper-high cross-layer walls,P-δ effect will significantly enlarge the internal force of members,therefore,in addition tochecking its bearing capacity as an ordinary vertical member,P-δ effect should also be considered on the increase ofinternal force of cross-layer members. Different methods such as eigenvalue buckling analysis,specification method andgeometric nonlinear buckling analysis were used to calculate the stability of cross-layer walls. The analysis results show thatthe stability bearing capacity of cross-layer walls in the project satisfy design requirements,and the stability of cross-layerwalls have a large margin.
